These terms apply to the Xugar Holiday Offer promoted on this website until 3 January 2027.

The offers

Offer 1 — Free Website with AI Marketing
Offer 2 — Free 1 Year Premium Hosting with All Website Builds
Offer 3 — One Month Free on AI SEO

The rules

Each offer is separate. Only one offer may be claimed by a client, a business, or any related entity.
Offers cannot be combined with one another, or with any other promotion, discount, credit offer or third party offer.
Offers are available to new clients only, and are not available on work already quoted, agreed or underway.
Offer 1 is provided with a twelve month AI marketing or digital marketing engagement at our standard rate. If that engagement is cancelled or ended before the twelve month term is complete, the balance of the website build fee becomes payable.
Offer 2 applies to every new website build we deliver during the offer period. Hosting is free for the first twelve months from go live, then continues on our standard hosting plan unless you ask us to stop it. Domain registration and third party licences are not included.
Offer 3 is the first month free on a new AI SEO engagement, which carries a minimum three month term and then continues monthly at our standard rate unless cancelled in writing.
To claim an offer, call us on 1300 565 610 and mention the offer before work begins. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively.
Offers are subject to capacity. We may close an offer early once our build and onboarding capacity for the period is filled.
There is no cash alternative. Offers are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged, refunded or offset against existing invoices.
The offer period ends 3 January 2027. Engagements and hosting arrangements already started under an offer continue under these terms.
