Accord is one of Australia’s oldest manufacturers and importers of air vents, grilles and ventilation covers. Unfortunately, their website had been running for about as long as the business had and was in dire need of an update.
Despite ranking well, their website’s lack of UX optimisation and complicated structure was causing them to bleed conversions. We set out to fix that.
The Solution
Melbourne SEO Agency Xugar rebuilt Accord’s site from the ground up, redesigning it with a focus on ease of use for their customers, men and women in their 50s and 60s. This meant a fresh look and feel, a more professional structure, new payment method integrations, and UX improvements across the board. All while maintaining and building on Accord’s brand image.
In addition to this, we took a look at the site from a technical perspective, reorganising product categories and fixing the URL structure in preparation for an SEO campaign.
