From the moment they walked in the door, Office Choice knew what they wanted. Three new fresh website designs, one for each area of their business – general consumers, corporate consumers, and franchisees. As a large eCommerce business, they needed a comprehensive, customer-focused design that would support their business activities, give customers what they were looking for easily and improve conversions.

The Solution

Armed with user navigation and heatmap data and from Office Choice’s Hotjar account, we created three website designs. They were designed to take full advantage of the way customers navigated their website, and also how they weren’t navigating the site. We mapped out the way users navigated the website from the home page to the checkout and made sure there was nothing design-side that would trip them up. We also focused on making functionalities such as wish lists and the shopping cart easy to see.
