The AVA Digital Awards recently announced their Gold winners for their 17th annual competition, recognising excellence in digital communication by creative professionals from across the globe. We proudly announce that Xugar was awarded Gold for “Best eCommerce SEO Campaign.”

Our submission highlighted the On-Page & Off-Page SEO campaign we created for Melbourne-based eCommerce coffee machine sales company Eastlink Espresso. Our "Spread The Net Wide" approach addressed their immediate concerns and helped them overcome the plateau they were stuck in. In the first 4 months, Xugar worked on tech SEO and On-Page SEO. This not only recovered the lost traffic but scaled it nearly 10 times. From 120 visits in March 2020, they scaled to over 1200 visits in August 2020.

From there, Xugar started refining category structures, website content, and UX & UI-based changes. Due to these changes, the client experienced higher conversions and better quality leads for the repair services. In December 2023, the website got over 3500 visits from organic searches itself. Over 3 years, Eastlink Espresso has experienced over 2500% growth in their organic traffic & over 10,000 sessions, according to the GA4 report.

The AVA Digital Award was designed to pay tribute to the magnificent history of the audio-visual and web industries. This year, they received over 2,700 entries from the United States, Australia, and 28 other countries. Being honoured with this recognition from the AVA Digital Awards, an esteemed competition known for its high regard and credibility within the industry, fills the entire Xugar team with an immense sense of pride and gratitude, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who contributed to our success.
