As an Account Manager at Xugar, you will manage a portfolio of SEO and Paid Ads clients. You will lead communication, guide performance discussions, and coordinate with PMs and specialists to ensure smooth delivery. You will be responsible for retention, client satisfaction, and commercial outcomes across your accounts.

Your Role

Build strong relationships across your client portfolio.
Run structured meetings focused on performance, priorities, and next actions.
Provide proactive updates and set clear expectations.
Translate data and trends into meaningful insights for clients.
Coordinate with PMs, SEO specialists, Paid Ads specialists, and content teams.
Oversee onboarding and ensure clients start with clarity.
Identify growth opportunities and present them confidently.
Resolve issues early and maintain a high standard of communication.

What You Bring

Experience managing SEO or Paid Ads accounts.
Strong communication and expectation management skills.
Ability to interpret performance data across SEO, Paid Ads, and GA4.
Comfort working with multiple internal teams.
A proactive mindset focused on outcomes.
Ability to manage escalations and reset client expectations.
Confidence leading client discussions and strategy sessions.
